Mrs Alero Ayida-Otobo is a graduate of Oxford University with a Sloan Masters degree in Management from the London Business School. Alero’s strength is her diverse career experience in the public and private sector. She started her career in the Public Service serving in the Federal Ministries of Works and Finance and thereafter spent 14 years in the Financial Services Industry where she worked in Treasury, Product Management and HR. Alero has invaluable understanding of Sector-wide reforms in Nigeria. She is passionate about Change and transforming individuals and organizations. She currently serves on the International Alumni Board of the London Business School, the Central Working Committee of the Apostles in the Market Place and is the Vice President of the International Christian Chamber of Commerce (Nigeria). In June 2006 she joined the Transformation Team of the former Minister of Education. This experience ignited passion for the reform of the Educational system in Nigeria. She has continued to serve in the Education sphere working with International Development Partners in various capacities. She is also a member of the Human Capital Development Policy Commission of the National Economic Summit Group. And she is also serving as the coordinator of the Education Reform Team and CEO of Incubator Africa. She is the Chairman Governing Board for the Slum 2 School Initiative.

Tayo Olosunde is the Founder and a Principal Partner of E-Green Limited. He is an accredited Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) Development Knowledge Facilitator and president of NaijaDEVELOPS (an MDG’s Advocacy & Project Management CBO). He is the coordinator of the NYSC Mind The Gap Career Mentoring Project (a systemic solution to the national unemployment and low productivity crisis). As the pioneer facilitator of eNESTng: Center for Social Entrepreneur and Business Development, Tayo is currently at the vanguard of activating and institutionalizing Social Entrepreneurship/Business as the strategy for mainstreaming and achieving the MDG’s.
A graduate of Sociology and Anthropology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Tayo is a seasoned Human Resources Management Professional. In the past 10 years, he has done extensive Business Start-up and Re-engineering Projects. He has recruited and trained thousands of participants across Strategic, Tactical and Operational skills levels in the six geo-political zone of the Nation

With over 7 years experience in Credit Risk Management, proficiency in Risk Analysis and Assessment, Risk Administration and Control spanning various sectors of the Nigerian economy. Emrys Ijaola is generally acclaimed to be filled with so much experience and technical knowledge for Business strategy development. He has an extensive hands-on experience in project delivery, product development and marketing, team building and leadership, with focus in business risk/opportunity assessment.
He has a BSc in Economics from the University of Lagos and has worked in top management positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Intercontinental Bank and Chams Plc.

Ferdinand Adimefe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Anatomy from the University of Port Harcourt and has always been committed to social development. His passion for creativity, ideas and strategy led him to study for a Master’s degree at the School of Media and Communication, Pan African University, Lagos. He is currently the CEO of the Creative Nigeria Project and a stunning advocate for innovation and creative change.

As an Executive Director of the Sahara Group, Tonye Cole is responsible for the new ventures and business development as well as enforcing corporate ethics and compliance. He also manages and spearheads the Group’s upstream exploration and production activities in West Africa.
He is an alumnus of the University of Lagos and Universidade de Brasilia, Brazil. A merit honours graduate of architecture, Tonye Cole worked as an architect for frontline Brazilian architectural firm Grupo Quartro SA in Goiania Brazil (‘90-‘92) where he was involved in the design and implementation of the urban planning and city development of Palmas, the capital city of the newly created state of Tocantins.
He is happily married to Dr Sylvia Cole with three children.
His hobbies include riding power bikes and dedicating his life to the service of humanity.

Mrs Olatilewa E. Babalogbon (MBA, Marketing) – She is a seasoned banker who has varied experience in various sector of the economy, having worked in different departments of several banks and corporate organizations spanning almost two decades she has risen to top management positions and built growth .
She started her working career with Adland Limited, an advertising agency and worked briefly at the Hole 19 Investments Limited as a manager. She held various leadership roles in UBA and the defunct New Nigeria Bank Plc from 2000-2002. In 2002, she started working in Zenith Bank Plc and has touched various departments and units and rising to the position of a Deputy General Manager.
Mrs Olatilewa Babalogbon is God-fearing, compassionate, with a strong determination to excel and a great passion to help humanity. She has been recognized and awarded at several levels for her impeccable contributions. She is married with children.

Modupe Adefeso-Olateju is an Education Policy Consultant, with expertise in public and private school effectiveness, and the design of Public-Private Partnerships in Education. She holds a PhD in Education and International Development from the Institute of Education, University of London. Modupe sits on the board of the Commonwealth Youth Exchange Council London, and is passionate about helping young people fulfill their academic and career potential.

Otto Orondaam has Bachelors degree in Health Science [Human Anatomy] from the University of Port Harcourt. He also holds an executive masters in project management from CUPE, UK and certificate in Social Change, Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship from the United Nations University for Peace, Costa Rica. He is passionate about social development and reform with a major interest in education and health. Known for his ability to lead any team to achieving great goals even with limited resources, he is very innovative and filled with passion to convert ideas into results.
Otto Orondaam has worked in the banking sector and also with several developmental organizations like the Nigerian Red Cross society, Freedom foundation, AIESEC and he led these organizations in different capacity.
He is the founder of the Slum2School Project.
